Because every Studio Genki piece is entirely handcrafted, slight variations in size, shape, and gloss will occur. Natural kiln-firing characteristics—such as glaze drips, tong marks, iron spots, bubbles, minor warping, and bottom scratches—are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
As these are expected variations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Please consider this carefully before purchasing.
