At OnlyMugs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
